Refund policy

Due to hygiene and personal care safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference once the packaging has been opened.

Eligible Returns (Unopened & Damaged Items Only) Returns are only accepted if:

• The item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. To initiate a claim, please contact us at ghk24689@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
